2023 Gift Guide

This year, we wanted to provide a very detailed guide for specific people on your gift-giving list. Here you’ll find suggestions for in-laws, him, her, and the “person who has everything.” we’re also including gift ideas from people Tara personally knows in real life. I hope this helps provide you with a more peaceful gift-giving experience this holiday season.

The in-laws can be a challenging category for many when it comes to gift-giving, so we stuck with practical gifts, along with a few consumable gifts to minimize opportunities for your gift to become clutter in their home.

1: Puzzle board with drawers

2: Fire safe

3: Fireproof document pouches for protecting important documents

4: Personalized serving board for the host

5: My favorite shelving unit - small, medium, and large

6: Brightland Olive Oil set for the foodie

7: Gourmet Hot Chocolate for the lover of all things cozy

If you have a guy in your life that you’re buying for this holiday season, here are some of the things we love that we think he will too.

1: Ember mug to keep his coffee hot all day

2: Utility light for garages/attics/basements

3: Vuori shorts because I just love everything this brand makes

4: Hammock at a great price and great quality

5: Horseshoe set for fun with the guys, or for the whole family

6: Whiskey bitters gift set for experimenting with cocktails

7: Flexible bit screwdriver for the handyman

8: Freezable cocktail glasses

Whether you’re buying for a special gal on your list or trying to decide what to ask for (or buy) for yourself, here are some of Tara’s recent favorite items that would all make excellent gifts.

1: Stainless steel flatware - I love the weight and balance of these!

2: Privacy screen to keep nosey kids and airplane seat mates from seeing your screen

3: Seat gap blocker to give your items a place to go in the car, and keep them from falling and getting lost

4: The BEST no-show undies

5: Portable selfie light so you’ll never take a bad photo again

6: Makeup bags in small and medium, which are different brands but the rose gold in both match perfectly

7: My favorite matte lipstick, color Fire Starter

We all know that person, the one who has everything they could need or want, and sometimes we’re tasked with buying that person a gift. While gift-giving is often a joy, it can be a challenge when you simply can’t think of what to get them! Here are some ideas that maybe they haven’t managed to think of for themselves, and some gift ideas from personal, real life friends of Tara’s.

1: Real silk pillowcase that’s great, and cheaper than the more well-known brands

2: Nood hair removal is a splurge but my legs have never been smoother

3: Owala water bottles are simply unmatched

4: Portable phone charger with built in cord adapters

5: My favorite light for Zoom calls and videos

1: Every Season Sacred by Kayla Craig

2: GoFundMe for a good cause, like this one for one of my family members battling ALS

3: Another charitable gift option to Bravemaker

4: Mary Van Geffen’s Boundaries course

5: Lauren Pinkston’s shop

6: A House Peace gift certificate - and don’t forget about our limited edition merch, and recorded online courses

I hope these gift ideas help you this holiday season as you shop for friends, family, and yourself!
